I’m excited to invite you to our special Grind & Unwind workshop happening on Sunday, September of Labor Day weekend, offering you the perfect blend of intensity AND relaxation!
What to Expect:
**45-Minute Strength & Cardio Class:** Start strong with a high-intensity workout led by yours truly, Coach Reba. We’ll mix in some strength training, ensuring you get both the burn and the gains.
** 60 Minute Deep Stretch Session:** After the workout, we’ll transition into a soothing deep yoga session taught by Flow Yoga. We’ll focus on deep stretching for key muscle groups—hips, hamstrings, and upper back—areas that often tighten up from our forward-facing seated lifestyles.
This workshop is an amazing way to approach Labor Day in a healthy way. If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to sign up—I only have 10 spots available for this one, it's going to be absolutely awesome! Feel free to bring your significant other, friends, or even teens!
Please note that this workshop is outside of our normal membership, as we’ll be collaborating with Flow Yoga for the stretch session.
